Suggestion Logic

Suggestions only use coffees with Inventory Available > 0.

Each suggestion consumes 1 unit from Pending Inventory Available (Inventory Available minus already suggested units), so the same SKU is not over-suggested.

Only one coffee per roaster is allowed per order. Existing coffee SKUs on the order are treated as first-choice assignments before COFFEESUB suggestions.

BLEND placeholders can fall back to SOESP only after BLEND options at the same age priority are exhausted.

Prefer outgoing feature roasters the customer has not had.
Then prefer current feature roasters the customer has not had.
Then use another coffee from a current feature roaster the customer has had.
Then use the oldest valid inventory coffee (type match, 250 size, new roaster), prioritizing roast type rating.
Then use valid coffees from roasters last received more than 6 months ago.
Then use a different valid coffee from the customer’s most recent roaster.
If none are valid, return NO VALID COFFEE.
